The lead-up to Mother’s Day can be a difficult time for many. This is a special mindfulness class to support our self-care during this time. Join us for guided relaxation and simple mindfulness techniques used to calm both the mind and body.
Enjoy a deep sense of peace, clarity, focus and creativity. This soothing session will leave you feeling more relaxed, balanced and fully present.
This free event is open to all members of our community and will be held on Saturday 6 May from 12:00 pm to 12:45 pm.

What to bring:
Please bring your own cosy blanket. Chairs will be set up for mindfulness however if you prefer to lie down please bring your own mat and pillow.
