Our commitment to honouring and celebrating life in an ever-changing world remains our focus. While there is nothing like physically being with loved ones at this time, we have introduced streaming video services for those unable to attend.
We understand the importance of saying goodbye to loved ones and appreciate the added difficulty if restrictions have been imposed on families at such an emotional time. While there is no replacement for attending in person, we hope this service provides a small comfort for those wishing to be part of the day's proceedings.
How video streaming services work:
- 1. When booking your burial, funeral or memorial service, let our team know that you would like video streaming to be made available for extended family and friends.
- 2. For each chapel, reflection space or burial service booked, an online video link will be set up, and the service will appear in our list of upcoming live streamed services to allow guests to find it. If you would prefer the link to remain private, please mention this to our friendly team when you make your booking. Please also note that at this time live streaming is available at burials and select chapels only - our team will be happy to discuss options with you.
- 3. Your virtual guests will be able to locate the service on our upcoming streamed services page. If you have requested for the service to remain private. they will be able to access the service via the link provided by our team at the time of booking. We recommend all virtual attendees click on the link five minutes prior to the scheduled service time to access the live streaming video.
- 4. Once the service has concluded, all virtual attendees can close their browser window to end video streaming.
We will do everything possible to ensure both the service and live streaming services commence at their allocated time. In some cases, small delays can happen between services. We ask that you leave the browser window open so when the service is online, it will be available for viewing.

Recorded services accompany our live streaming offering
Please be advised that internet issues and the quality of your own equipment can adversely affect the quality of live streaming services for which we are not responsible. However, to ensure you can access a quality experience, our live streaming services are accompanied by a post-service recording which will be available on our website. If you do experience any intermittent network or other issues that affect the quality of your viewing, a recording will be available to view the full service without interruptions at the conclusion of the event. Note that video recordings will be available approximately 60 minutes after the scheduled end time of the service.
Please also note that both the live streaming service and the recorded service are made available publicly on our website where anybody can view the service.
