We are committed to honouring and celebrating the life of your loved one and have added or adjusted the following services to provide options and support through these unprecedented times.
Virtual Appointments
Our commitment to honouring and celebrating life through the current crisis remains our focus. We are introducing Virtual appointments services for those unable to attend appointments.
This also gives us the ability to have more than one person attend an appointment, and they can attend from round the corner, another state or even another country.

Live Streaming Services
Helping your loved ones participate from afar.
Live streaming video services for family members unable to attend are now available for burial, funeral and memorial services.

Florist Services
Our Springvale Botanical Cemetery florist is available for contactless service instore or casket and graveside delivery orders can be arranged via our online store or phone. For those unable to visit loved ones in person, our team is providing graveside flowers with personalised message card delivery, as an alternative way to honour and send their love.
