Sustainability
We continue to build an organisational culture which operates in a manner that is socially and environmentally sensitive and responsible. We have a variety of environmental programs, from solar energy (1,350 panels) through to self-sufficient irrigation linked to the weather stations, to help reduce our environmental footprint.

Governance
Regular consultation with the community guides our organisation's purpose. We believe transparency, strong governance and accountability are critical success factors and assist SMCT in meeting its ongoing Government-regulated not-for-profit responsibilities.
