We are here to help. Our team will provide care anchored in compassion. We are here to assist our client families in their journeys through grief and to respect everyone's right to honour the life of their loved one in the way that they choose.
Although everyone will grieve and mourn differently, our vast experience and research have taught us much about the grieving process. Influenced by the groundbreaking work of renowned grief expert, Dr Alan Wolfelt, the Centre for Care & Wellbeing provides relevant and considered support services, designed to help transition you into your new reality.
The centre is focused on allowing people to go through a period of mourning, where others are acknowledging their loss. This support allows a person to express their grief, which in turn can provide great comfort.
Due to social distancing measures, the Centre of Care & Wellbeing is currently closed. However, together with the Centre's instructors, we are providing a series of online classes to remain connected while focused on wellness and self-care, with regular new classes available.
