Although everyone will grieve and mourn differently, our vast experience and research have taught us much about the grieving process. Influenced by the ground-breaking work of renowned grief expert, Dr Alan Wolfelt, the Centre for Care & Wellbeing provides relevant and considered support services, designed to help transition you into your new reality.
The Centre is focused on allowing people to go through a period of mourning, where others are acknowledging their loss. This support allows a person to express their grief, which in turn can provide great comfort.
In addition to a range of in-person activities at The Centre for Care & Wellbeing there are a series of online classes available to support a focus on wellness and self-care at home.
