An Historical Cemetery With Towering Gums
Dandenong Community Cemetery is an historic cemetery, characterised by its established gums and closeness to the community. The quiet lawn and gardens, offering a peaceful sanctuary for families to reflect on the lives of their loved ones. Within the grounds many adorned monuments accentuate the cemeteries history.
To honour the promise and commemoration over many generations, Southern Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust (SMCT) cares for the daily operations of Dandenong Community Cemetery, reporting directly to the Victorian Minister for Health. SMCT is committed to supporting the community in honouring and celebrating their loved one as they choose.
