Sharing the love this Valentine’s Day

“There is only one happiness in life: to love and be loved.”

- George Sand, Author

Valentine’s Day is coming up this week and love is in the air. Love can come in many forms. We love our partners, our mothers, our fathers, our children, our grandparents, our friends, our pets and so many other important people in our lives. Valentine’s doesn’t just have to be for the lovers - it can be a day to celebrate the love we share with those special people in our life.

If your loved one is no longer with us, take this as a time to remember the laughs, the love and the light times in your life. Today can be a day to remember all those many wonderful reasons that you loved them and hold them close to your heart.

Tell someone you love them today. Go on, as you read this. A quick note letting someone know you’re thinking of them can brighten their day. Especially if they might be grieving at this time.

If you are missing someone you love this Valentine’s Day, reach out to some family and friends to share the day with. Get together and reminisce about your loved one. You can still celebrate the love that you had as it continues on in your everyday.
