Carmel shares guided relaxation and simple mindfulness techniques used to calm both the mind and body.
Enjoy a deep sense of peace, clarity, focus and creativity...this soothing session will leave you feeling more relaxed, balanced and fully present.
This session will include a mindfulness practice of approximately 30 minutes plus time to discuss ways you can incorporate mindfulness into your everyday life. Carmel will be happy to answer questions at the end of the activity.
