Delivery Information

Holiday graveside delivery dates

Our delivery service times will change temporarily during the holiday period. Please note that we cannot deliver to a grave or memorial site on the following dates:

• Tuesday 24 December
• Wednesday 25 December
• Thursday 26 December

2025

• Wednesday 1 January
• Thursday 2 January

Monday 23 December is the final day of graveside delivery before Christmas Day.

To guarantee graveside delivery before this date, please place your order by 5pm on Thursday 19 December.

Other delivery times

Please note that we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to create this floral arrangement to ensure it is ready for pick-up or delivery on your preferred day.

Floral arrangements are available for delivery to the grave or memorial sites of loved ones from Monday to Friday.

Delivery for funeral and burial services is available Monday to Sunday.
