Helping you at home during COVID-19

We warmly invite all members of our CCW community to please stay connected while COVID-19 restrictions are in place. We are still here to help you.

Although we are unable to connect physically for the time being, be assured that we can continue to support each other by phone, email and virtually.

Mental Health organisation Beyond Blue has launched a comprehensive collection of support resources specifically designed for the COVID-19 pandemic.

Help with the free My Grief App

The Australian Centre for Grief and Bereavement (ACGB) has launched the world’s first online resource, specifically designed to support people during grief. The MyGrief app provides helpful information, tools and resources and also provides practical strategies for families and friends on how to provide the right support. As every person experiences grief differently, the app can provide you with a number of tailored strategies which best address your individual challenges. Find out more here.
