A beautiful way to commemorate

Over the weekend of Saturday 2 and Sunday 3 November, we were honoured to join together with more than 2,000 members of our community during our annual All Souls Day Services.

The five services were held at Springvale Botanical Cemetery, Bunurong Memorial Park, Cheltenham Memorial Park and Melbourne General Cemetery. Family and friends joined together at each service participating in hymns and prayers for their loved ones as they partook in communion and a blessing from the priest.

All Souls Day is a holy day that is celebrated in the catholic church on the 2 November each year. It is traditionally a day that family and friends remember and pray for their loved ones who have since passed away. We are delighted to host this service for our community each year, honouring the customs and traditions of our community as we offering a nurturing environment, allowing all Victorians to grieve well and live well.

Our purpose is to uphold the living and provide a space for them to honour and celebrate their family and friends in the way they choose.
