Griefline - www.griefline.org.au
Griefline provides 24/7 access to grief support resources for all Australians. Their help line on 1300 845 745 is available 365 days per year, between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm (AEDT).
Griefline’s fact sheets, can be accessed on line or downloaded to print and share.
The fact sheets have been translated into Arabic, Greek, Simplified Chinese, Spanish, Traditional Chinese and Vietnamese to help support those in our communities who speak languages other than English.

COTA is committed to helping older Victorians and has partnered with CCW to provide relevant information and resources.
The COTA Victoria Information Line on 1300 13 50 90 provides free, practical information on services like:
- Aged and home care
- Finance
- Legal advice
- Pensions and concessions
- Public transport
- Housing
- Utilities
- Technology
COTA also offers specific assistance with My Aged Care, the Australian government's aged care information service, which can be complex and difficult to navigate.
