SMCT has upgraded its asset management system to better capture job data and allocate reactive and planned maintenance jobs to contractors.

The Urbanise system has an Operations portal and a Force mobile app to provide a simple-to-use asset management system, ensuring:

  • Ease of planning work requests and allocation of jobs, responding to reactive and planned jobs, and capturing preventative planned maintenance
  • Real Time Work Order Status, asset expenditure versus budget, and Planned Maintenance and Reactive Maintenance task completion
  • Compulsory response to the Take 5 agreement
  • Real time lifecycle management of assets
  • Asset Management Accountability Framework (AMAF) compliance (Victorian benchmark)
  • Dashboard reporting
