Southern Aurora Function Centre
Inspired by the Australian landscape and decorated in natural tones, the Southern Aurora Centre's six contemporary function rooms and three larger community rooms are flexible and versatile spaces. Accented by rich textural elements, and integrated waterways, the parkland setting is an enduring landscape enhanced by seasonal colour and abundant wildlife.
Function Rooms
Named in honour of iconic Australian landscape artists and designed to be adaptable and multi-usage, our function rooms can cater for small intimate dinners to stand up cocktail reception for 350 guests. These five function rooms can be booked individually or combined to create one multipurpose pillarless event space.
Community Rooms
Inspired by the clouds and surrounded by native gardens, these versatile rooms can be used for a variety of events - presentation nights, fundraising evenings, product launches, graduations and formals. Elegantly designed and comfortably furnished we can seat up to 350 guests banquet style.
The Sanctuary
A truly memorable and unique space, the award winning architect designed Sanctuary is partially suspended over Lake Australis and offers uninterrupted water views. The light-filled space has an impressive motorised curved glass wall allowing a genuine connection with the surrounding environment. With banquet seating for 80 or stand up for 150 guests, The Sanctuary will leave a lasting impression on all your guests.

Our dedicated kitchen team is committed to providing the finest menus using the freshest quality produce. Led by our industry recognised Executive Chef, we offer a range of culturally inspired menus to meet your individual requirements and dietary needs. If our menus don’t exactly meet your requirements let us tailor make your perfect event.

Services
With over 60 years of combined hospitality experience, our friendly and attentive event team will look after all your event details from start to finish including floorplans, theming, decorations and timing. We can also fill your room with beautiful fresh flowers, designed and arranged by our inhouse florist team. Our aim is for you to feel a connection with our food, staff and venue and for your event to exceed expectations.
Venue and Facilities
With flexible spaces and a range of function rooms and options, we can accommodate a wide range of events. We offer ample complimentary parking and in house audio visual equipment as well as independent room temperature control and access to outdoors from all our rooms.

If you are after a remarkable and extraordinary event, The Sanctuary is the perfect venue to make a statement. Designed to cater for intimate receptions of up to 100 guests, these distinctive rooms offer a stylish and relaxed venue for your special celebration.
