Thomas Simmons Memorial Lawn and Main Drive/Eighth Ave (February - June 2025)
Works are taking place in the Thomas Simmons Memorial Lawn, and at the corner of Main Drive and Eighth Avenue.
The works are expected to take place from February – June 2025.
Our teams are working to minimise any impact on our community, but if you are visiting these areas at this time, you may notice:
Construction noise in the Thomas Simmons Memorial Lawn;
Temporary fencing and signage; and,
Contractors present in the area.
There is no change to access of these areas – you are very welcome continue visiting loved ones’ grave or memorial sites during this period. In the interest of safety, we ask that you please follow any directions given to you by team members on site, or by the signage in these areas.
Cassia area (January - May 2025)
Planned construction works are taking place in the Cassia area. These are expected to take place until May 2025.
