To start planning your flowers, we recommend scheduling a complimentary consultation with our expert florists in person. During this consultation, you will have the opportunity to discuss flower types, colours, themes, and any other preferences you may have.
To help us better understand your vision, please bring a mood board or images of bouquets and floral styling that you like. If you have pictures of the dress and what the bridal party will be wearing, that would be even better. Our florists will ask questions, provide recommendations, and guide you through the process. You can choose the number of bouquets, boutonnieres, centrepieces, and any other arrangements you want. If you have a specific budget in mind, the florist can help you find designs that work within that budget.
Additionally, you can browse through our in-store selection of flowers and bouquet styles to get a better idea of what's available. Our complimentary consultations can be made by either phone or email.
Receive a quote and place a deposit
After the consultation, we will provide you with a detailed quote within two weeks. The quote will include the cost of all flowers, labour, and any additional materials required for the arrangements. Please note that there is a minimum spend of $300 to ensure that the florist can dedicate the necessary time and effort to your order. If you are happy with the quote, you can proceed to order your flowers for your special day by paying a deposit of $200. It is important to place your order early to avoid any delays or booking clashes.
Pre-wedding check in and final payment
As you approach your wedding day, you will have the opportunity to meet with your florist once more, two weeks before the big day. During this meeting, you can finalise any last-minute changes to your floral arrangements and ensure that everything is exactly as you envisioned. Additionally, this meeting is also when you will settle the remaining balance on your account with the florist. Tis way, you can feel confident and stress-free, knowing that all the details have been taken care of.
Your wedding day
Only the finest blooms are hand-picked for your special day. The flowers are then carefully gathered, treated, and transformed from stems to magnificent accents that will enhance the beauty of your wedding day. Your bridal bouquets and buttonholes will be delivered on the day, while your ceremony and reception flowers will be delivered and installed within the specific time frames.
As the big day approaches, you will not have to worry about setting up or packing down the flowers. Our florist will take care of setting everything up at the venue, and they will also pack everything down once the event is over. This will relieve you of any stress and allow you to fully enjoy your special day without any concerns.
