Operations
It’s about feeling part of something bigger.
Working in our Operations team, you’ll be helping with the maintenance and presentation of one of our nine unique open spaces across Melbourne's south-east. This means a permanent role, with opportunities to grow and learn, family friendly hours and a safe working environment.
Operations roles include: Gardener, Horticulture, General Hand, General Hand - Burial, Gravedigger, Operations Team Leader
Hospitality

No nights, limited weekends and a breathtaking natural setting, with an organisation that puts people first.
We operate two bustling cafés offering casual dining and take-away service. We also provide modern function spaces and menu options that cater for our diverse community. It’s not just memorial services, SMCT also hosts the occasional wedding.
Hospitality roles include: Chef, Chef de Partie, Cook, Barista, Sandwich Hand, Kitchen Attendant, Food and Beverage Attendant, Florist, Function Manager.
Customer Experience
It’s about pride in what you do and helping others.
As part of our caring Customer Service team, you’ll be at the forefront of creating positive experiences for our customers. You’ll discover a rewarding culture built on empathy, shared values, a drive to do your best, and care for one another, where you will receive ongoing training and development.
