A. We have a three-stage recruitment process that may include an initial telephone interview and one or two face-to-face interviews. In additional to interviews, you will be required to undergo background checks, including reference checks, Police Checks, and COVID-19 vaccination checks. Depending on the role you’re applying for, you may be required to undertake a pre-employment medical and/or psychometric assessments. Your Talent Acquisition partner will inform you what background checks are required as you progress through the selection process..
Depending on the position, you may be required to complete Psychometric Testing. The testing is aligned to the job that you are applying for and may include problem solving ability, verbal and numerical reasoning and personality preference. The testing is conducted online and takes approximately 30 minutes.
