When a client purchases a Right of Interment (grave) direct from the cemetery they sign their agreement to the SMCT terms and conditions.
To ensure our mutual clients are in agreement with the SMCT terms and conditions we ask that at the time of arranging the funeral if your client requests a grave to be allocated by the cemetery, i.e. they do not want to select the grave in person, that from 1 July 2011 you use the Allocation of Graves form to:
- provide them with a copy of the terms and conditions
- have them sign a copy of the terms and conditions
- tick the box to acknowledge they have received a copy
- submit the signed form with other paperwork to the cemetery by fax or email and
- submit the original form on arrival at the cemetery.
